Overview:

We are a local Motorcycle Accessories and Design company seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy of contents against packing slips or purchase orders

- Unpack, label, and stock received items in appropriate locations

- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer orders

- Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory levels and update stock records

- Operate hand trucks or other material handling equipment to move items within the warehouse

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies or issues

- Perform regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations preferred but not required. Will train the motivated individual.

- Proficiency in using hand trucks or other material handling equipment

- Knowledge of basic math skills for inventory calculations
